HIGH ACHIEVER CARD
This card was created by one of our founders, Cheryl Salazar, as a way to acknowledge her team members for a job well done. This could be assisting customers, going above and beyond, doing their job without being asked, or just making her day better. In that organization, customers had the opportunity to utilize the High Achiever Card to recognize members of the team too. Cheryl used to use them to acknowledge other staff in different departments and often found that they would pin them up in their cubicles for a long time after they received them from their direct supervisors.
The way to use these is to download this sheet, get a couple hundred printed, tell your staff (maybe customers or larger organization) about them, leave them in areas that everyone can access them and see the acknowledgements start to fly around.
We recommend advising people to give them to the person's direct supervisor so that they are also aware of how awesome their staff are and then they can give it to their staff at the weekly or daily staff meetings.
